چکیده
So far the pathophysiology of infection due to coronavirus 2019 (covid 19) is not well elucidated, however, several studies suggest that there a link between coagulation system and Sars-coV2. The objective this work study variability parameters in patients infected with covid-19. Patients methods: We have collected 102 confirmed Covid 19 (group 1), hospitalized at center CHU Mohamed VI Marrakesh, we studied these comparing them group control 2) who did present any infection. Results: mean age was 46 years 1 40 2, male predominance both groups (55.4% G1 52.8% G2). D-dimer (1.35±2.1 vs 0.18±0.05, p<0.001) fibrinogen (4.04 (±1.85) 2.13 (±0.308), p <0.001) levels are elevated relative G2, while prothrombin decreased (84.7 (±16.9) 93.1 (±6.60), p<0.01). observe significant difference two respect platelet count, International Normalized Ratio (INR) APTT (p >0.05). values severe were higher than non-severe (p<0.001). Conclusion: Clotting factors Sars cov 2 significantly impaired compared those group. high level may be marker for early identification cases.
